The Master of Real Estate (MRE) is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), United Kingdom and ranked No. 20 in the 2022 EDUNIVERSAL BEST MASTERS RANKING (REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT, WORLDWIDE). The Master of Real Estate equips students with a broad background in real estate investment, appraisal and development. The core modules cover a wide variety of topics including; real estate finance, valuation, development, market analysis and economics.


  • To give opportunity and equip candidates with a better ability in real estate decision making.
  • To provide candidates with a broad career prospect in the real estate business, government development projects, research and academics.
  • To enhance skills and knowledge of current managers in the real estate field so as to be more focused and competitive in leading the real estate filed.
  • To provide opportunity for other relevant professions to improve themselves in the field of real estate by upgrading academic qualification, skills and practice.
  • To produce experts in the field of real estate who are sensitive towards a balanced built environment development.
