Terms:
• Application atleast 1week before rental
• Rental fees are based on the type of equipment and the duration of use. All charges will be stated in the rental invoice.
• Payments must be made in full prior to the equipment being released unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING LAB (BIM)


MODERN METHOD CONSTRUCTION LAB (MMC)

MMC Lab equipped with AR/VR & 5D BIM software will elevate UM to the forefront of research and education.

FIRE LAB

This fire lab equipped with a cone calorimeter and a single burning item apparatus will elevate FBE and UM to the forefront of fire safety research and education. These advanced tools provide critical data on material combustion and fire behaviour, essential for developing fire-resistant materials and complying with stringent safety standards. This lab offers hands-on learning experiences that could drive innovations, secure external funding, and significantly contribute to public safety and regulatory advancements
